I work with a wide variety of clients who are addressing their mental, emotional and physical health needs. Clients are often struggling with depression, anxiety and a general feeling of being overwhelmed. I also focus on clients who are seeking to improve their physical health and help them to do the mental and behavioral work necessary to change their eating habits, lose weight and improve their health.
